Gerbera Daisy Still Life
Gerbera Daisy – 12” x 9” – Oil on Canvas – SOLD
I completed this painting several months ago and was keeping it in my studio as I like bright, lighthearted images around me. The blue bottle is an empty Bombay Sapphire Gin bottle. I used to drink mainly of gin and tonics a few years ago, but have since switched to Belvedere vodka. This may not really inform my painting style, but it shows how most anything in the house is fair game to show up as a still life prop.
As it is the holiday season I thought it would be a good time to part with it and maybe it will find a very happy home, brightening their day as it has mine.
