Tomato and Stripes {a daily painting}

Tomato & Stripes – 6" x 6" (15.25 x 15.25 cm) – Oil Canvas Panel
SOLD

Today I felt like revisiting this striped dishcloth. Last year I painted two different scenes (here and here). Sometimes it is just a good idea to go back in investigate a favorite topic.

Also, I almost forgot ~Happy Bastille Day!

Your tomatos are just as vivid, I like them!

I hope it's ok for you that I put you on my bloglist on the gallery blog I started working on now?

I love how you're not afraid to tackle busy backgrounds! I like all three renditions with this tablecloth.

Hi Kerri, I think busy backgrounds are always fun to tackle, they just do not always work out and need to be wiped down. I was just lucky with this one :)
