Awakenings VI – 2-1/2” x 2-1/2 – watercolor

When working in watercolors the bolder the color the better. I re-worked this one after it sat on my desk for a week. I realized that I wanted the color to be brighter, more vibrant and to contrast with the white of the paper.

wish you good luck for all your future endeavors. current slow down in construction has been a boon in disguise for me, i am able to do more artwork, painting is really addictive once hooked on cant get off it. your work is great, i love your abstracts in watercolors
